To my parents: What I've learned so far in ELA this year?

Dear Mother.
This year been not so good, but is getting better, My best or let's say favorite unit was the memoir unit, when we needed to write a essay about a time of your life. The biggest accomplishments that i am making my ELA so far this year is getting more correct answer in my practice ELA test and also trying to get my attendance right. Our school is different as you see, we use technology in almost all the classes, I have learn more stuff then i originally knew before, Like how to do Power Points, And how also how to do Presentation on google doc, and More websites that i never even heard before, that could help my grade, Technology help me learn and improve not only for now, but for my future. its help me on my writing because you could share with people and get your feedback, and also it help on my typing. My goals for the rest of the school year is working and finishing my work, and also get my grades back how i use to have it.

Character Unit Intro

Do people ever really change ? Well, yes they do change, more ever i consider that they have a habit to change because there's nor one person that haven't change. People have different type of reason why they do; like if someone they really love want them to change, or if they want a different life and want the best for them and their life and not even its not always a good reason there other's that are ambitious and then next to thing you know they become lazy. For example, One of my Classmate Jonathan M. just looking at 6th grade to 7th grade was really great work, and now he doesn't even step into the school.

Reading Reponse #1

Speak
Laurie Halse Anderson

Melinda is the type of girl that I could relate myself with. When I started to read this book I had a flash back on what i use to be, a shy girl with no friends well, basically i was the outcast like she was also. The engaging story that I am reading is about a girl and her first day in high school. She was nerves how it was going to go and hoping that she will make eye contact with a stranger but so far it was going bad, ever since she got in the bus. The last stop she noticed that she was the only person who was siting alone.

This story connect when It was my first day I went to school, even though I'm not in high school yet, but I had the same feeling that she did, For example Her old friend's hate her for a reason and now all of a sudden they don't talk to her and her opinion is there's no use for explaining to her parents; they never known what her life is really like and that's the short way to explain what I think of my parents. For me, I think everyone who don't have no one should read this book so then they wont feel that they are the only one who doesn't have no one, and rather of thinking that, they should follow Melinda steps instead of just feeling bad for themselves.
